Does anyone know if Jagex is still watching closely for people buying capes? I can do them, but I’m so busy with work lately I don’t know when I’d have time to sit and do it, especially if I fail and it takes more than once. :/
Are you still planning on doing an Infernal cape service? I've been debating as well.
If you use team viewer with the infernal cape there is only a 20% chance of it being removed however if you get a service to login to your account and do it it's not recommended at all you will have the cape removed.I was asking because I was going to see about having one done for me, not doing a service.

Yes they are still watching but literally entire market found a way to serve customers under their radars.Does anyone know if Jagex is still watching closely for people buying capes? I recommend www.inferno.rs for it, personally I wouldn't go anywhere else than this service.
It's luck of the draw if you get it removed from a service. If you use teamviewer or whatever I would say you are relatively safe, but again it's all luck. Some would lose it some would keep it..
