Seller was overall rude and condescending after the account got locked and accused me of doing so on purpose. Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility forever.

Thank you for your response. I had asked multiple times for full account info to unlock and the info provided did not work. Therefore I asked to go the route of refund. I spoke with fred99 for a while and in the end got no where but accused. Im hoping this can be resolved shortly. As i already had given an extra day for resolution reluctantly.

Yes you replied the next day. What happens to the first day when you logged in? That time it worked all fine. So my job was all done that time. I don’t take responsibility what you do to later on and potientially getting it locked. How am I responsible for that?

Wrong, it is your responsibility, the fact that the buyer was able to logged in prior the lock only confirms that you didn't sell a locked account, which is a good thing, but you are still responsible and must issue a full refund, or help with unlock.

50% is not an option, I was hoping that you would refund at least that before getting banned.
