another question i have for sythe mods, all rank maxes are posted in discord, in this case the rank had a 4bill osrs max bet he could take meaning 8bill osrs payout, this guy gave him over 10k in payouts from his two bets, way over his max, we have to factor this in as well



for example Platinum Dragon ranks have a max bet of 1.5bill (osrs) which is a 3bill (osrs) payout cannot exceed either of these, not only did the customers 2nd bet go over the ranks max, but it also heavily was over the max payout, if im being told its not obvious what the max pot ranks can hold is, with that logic a rank with 100m 07 max bet can take a 55x payout ? no the max bet whatever it is the pot is double that, thats a given and has been for years.

 

'All Legitimate scam claims will be refunded up to the ranks max bet he is allowed to hold. This is on bets on our website or on sports bets or commission staking services using one of our ranks' Clearly stated in clan rules . he knows the only way for me to insure winnigs as well is if i am holding all the money

 

i was told that i do not have 'max pots' for ranks posted anywhere, its not needed, if a rank has a 100m max bet, its a 200m max pot, if a rank has a 1bill max bet its a 2bill max pot, which this logic someone with 100m max bet can take a 55x sports bet, which is insane, so this is wrong imo, the max pot is implied when you state the max bet, and all max bets are stated clearly in our discord

 

Okay so this is the final long post im going to do because this is taking too much of my time.

• What is going on right now you might ask yourself?

KO started out by denying responsibility. If you notice it has evolved. He then got told by the admin in sythe that he has the responsibility of the entire payment He claims now only to want to pay me the ranks splits which is absurd.

• Magnet, what is the story behind all of this?

You see in reality. Normaly i would pm KO or Fyndel, Maps, Tin, Guard whoever i can find with high limit. I know about the rules. I have not said i do not know them and what KO is saying is absolute bullcrap. He knows that but he is trying to do ANYTHING to find a shortcut to avoid paying it.
I know what ranks are allowed to hold but the fact is that i made a 0.3 BTC bet at WIN which did not exceed his limit as he was gonna split it 7-ways with ranks. BEFORE the match had even started i made a 0.1 BTC request where he then told me Maps wanted it and told me to pm Maps. Upon pming Maps he tells me NOT that he doesnt want the bet but instead to pm WIN. WIN then tells me he will do the bet on behalf of Maps. HOW AM I AS A BETTOR SUPPOSED TO GUARD MYSELF AGAINST THIS MISCOMMUNICATION CONFUSION SHIT?!

As seen on the screenshots above i bet 0.3 BTC on Manchester United (Flewless_Phoenix) to win against Tottenham Hotspur (Kalibra).

After that i decide to tell WIN that i want to bet 0.1 BTC and he refers me to Maps (Another Pit boss rank).

After pming Maps he directly tells me to pm WIN which makes me confused thinking WIN will handle the bet for Maps but that it is maps who is taking it.

• Why should KO pay you the winnings?

Because thats the only fair thing to do in this case. The rules do not apply.
The use of this rule is a bullshit way to avoid responsibility! When the truth is that the mistake is from the dragon dyce team. In reality all of the ranks who split in on the bet and decided to send thousands of dollars over his limit when he was already holding 0.3 BTC bet and 0.1 BTC on behalf of Maps (or so i thought. Later on discovered that due to the miscommunication between win and maps it made it seem that way to me even thought he was not).

I have been refunded 0.4 BTC which was my original bet but i am yet to receive my winning paid out (0.676 BTC = 6.000 USD). KO even admits here that it was dumb for the ranks to pay out the splits to WIN in advance which is why he changed the rule now....:

The ranks of the clan is at fault here by sending the splits directly to WIN and making him overexceed his limit. The rule should not apply in this case and i feel like i should be eligble for a full refund.

• KO claims you didnt try to get paid out and thats sketchy?

Below are screenshots where i ask WIN to pay me out. What am i supposed to do? Stress the rank out? I have gambled 1.000.000$+ here without any problems so i was thinking maybe he was buying BTC or getting his money ready or whatever and by the end he told me had sent the payment and sent a pending screenshot and said it would max take 1 hr before it arrived. Then he started acting sketchy and got deranked by fyndel:

There was always a thread showing that KO allowed WIN to buy in even thought KO knew he had scammed in another clan? He should take full responsibility already there.
More then that KO himself admitted he should have held splits.

The reality is if KO held splits. WIN would never have had held that much money and scamquit.

I also think a factor in this is the fact that DRAGON DYCE ARE STUPID PEOPLE!

1. you admitted to knowing the rules you did not follow the rules , case closed 2. its not about the money its about protecting my business and keeping everyone safe, people cannot just hand over money to whoever without giving a crap about the rules thinking this moron will just pay it all out the bet and the WINNINGS, which its stated clearly on my discord the ranks max they can take / hold and sports rules of games having to be posted in sports confirm, and many other errors you made, So my question is if you KNOW the Rules, and did not follow the rules and you made errors why should i have to pay out the Bets you placed and the WINNINGS, what i suggested to sythe admins is i pay you the 0.3 and the 0.1 (your bets u placed) and the $2300 which is the ranks splits, but not the other $4000 dollars you are requested that is not cool, i proposed to sythe mods that you are paid $5800 dollars much more then you bet, so you make profit and i dont get screwed and we dont set dangerous Precidents here that will effect all Rs Gambling clans. Knowing the rules which you said yourself, the rules being clearly posted for all to see, you not following the rules, and your saying your 0.3 bet and your 0.1bet and also the $2300 in splits is not fair ? when our rules clearly state legit refunds with proper evidence are entitled to a Max bet of the rank who scammed refund only and no winnings, how do you figure ? tbh you should of only got the 0.4 and nothing more but your still getting $2300 on top of your bets, MORE THEN FAIR I will not be posting anymore waiting for response from admins now Ty

Upon further discussion, the final ruling on the amount owed is 0.284 BTC.

@Quicklymade placed a 0.3 BTC bet on Win with a potential return of 2.28x (0.684), 0.4 BTC has been paid out already by @twistedtaco. The additional 0.1 BTC bet that @Quicklymade is not going to be honored, this wager was placed after Win reached his max and has been subtracted from the payout.

Before any funds are sent, the on site debt must be cleared. As previously mentioned, $520 is owed to @Cherub and $35 is owed to the community repayment fund.
