First of all my apologies for my late response here. I have not been feeling the best in the last few days and not had a chance to get a response together.

There has been a lot been said here that deviates from the original claim, I suggest we stay on course here and only talk about the one thing that you are reporting.

You are claiming that Frost Bets has scammed you 750M (Then changed to 700M) on another post.

Firstly our clan has a rule that you MUST agree to when you sign up as a host. That rule is that all rules are subject to change at any time. This negates the whole claim in full however this is a public space and I want to make it clear what has happened here, for everyone to see. This rule has been posted as the first paragraph of host rules for well over 2 years now:

“Hosting Rules

Hi and welcome to Frost Bets, all hosts must abide by these rules and if you do not you may lose your rank + any status you do hold. These rules can change at any time and you agree to all our TOS. If for whatever reasons you do not agree to those TOS below you must let Frost know within 1 hour after purchase, there are no refunds otherwise!"



Frost Bets took you on as a host over 10 months ago now. You hosted with us and you earned money with Frost Bets. It was not a short stay with us. You then decided to leave.

We have never just taken back a host, each case has and will always be looked at individually. We have set rules in place that are the following.

- Any host that does not pay a weekly fee (weeklies) for more than 4 consecutive weeks will lose rank and then have to buy rank again.
- Any host taking a break may take as long as they like but must pay weeklies after 4 weeks to keep rank. This is a month on month off payment to keep rank, for example:

January pay nothing
February pay 4 weeks weeklies
March pay nothing

What was said about 4 people on our waiting list ready to pay for a host position is actually untrue. There are now 6 people waiting in line ready to buy in as host. At present, as always stated to you in PM, we are currently not letting any hosts, old, new, or otherwise in. We simply have too many at present. Also, it was true that 2 of our current paying hosts wanting to come back have not been allowed and forced to wait to come back. Why you think you could come in and just be an exceptional candidate that does not have to follow rules and somehow makes you overtake everyone in line and become superior to them is something you will have to ask yourself about.

I am sure you are aware everything is dealt with on an individual case basis and yes, of course sometimes we make exceptions for members of staff we have a good relationship with and would love to have back on our team, however, your actions and attitude here have forced us to ban you from anything to do with Frost Bets moving forward and we do not owe you anything according to our stated rules you agreed to when first buying in as host.


We are now larger in staff numbers than we ever have been, and we will not be taking on any new or old hosts for a long time to come. Also, very substantial financial investments and certain additions to Frost Bets have been made over the last few months that have increased costs greatly to run our clan. This has caused our buy-ins for the hosts and ranks to also therefore increase, which can be found on the Frost Bets website.

I personally do not have an issue with you at all. In fact I we used to have a lot of fun in the clan last year. I would be more than willing to allow you access into the clan as a non-host for the time being and maybe discuss rebuying in as a rank at a further date with a discounted amount to be discussed in private, but to re-iterate, for now the queue to be a host is long and it will be a while.

 

The rule against breaks was not made until after I asked DJ as stated which looks like an attempt to get more money from a host and up until this point there was no talk of any discount.

The only rules stated about losing rank for inactivity is if you don't take a leave and you are unable to pay weeklies. But since I took a break, let known by frost, as well as many pings, and dms to frost, show that I was indeed on break and that I was waiting for my rank back.
As evidently posted before there are discussions with Frost about the break and distortions of the truth being presented.
As much as I respect DJ for responding professionally opposed to the actions already displayed by Frost Bets thus far... Changing the terms of service 2 days after communications to deny someone's rank (that also falls into the allotted time given) is a money grab or scam.
I never once stated that I was to be IMMEDIATELY ranked just to get my rank back, when I asked of this you did not respond and then two days later your ToS was updated with new rules better suiting your situation, again, this NEW rule you made also had an allotted time to come back which according to your post says 10/20/2020, I spoke to you on 10/3 about it, was ignored, and then confronted you and sid when you added me to a group dm and told me to go to sythe on 10/19 meaning im still within the allotted time even if it was only by a day or so.
Due to the unprofessional behavior conducted by Frost Bets members, and owners in this report I would request the resolve be handled by a moderator as I do not see returning to Frost Bets as the resolve as that option was given to the owners prior to the statements made by Sid as seen in the screenshots and in this thread. At this point, if I was to return, either member or host, y'alls first goal would be a way to push me out.
The amount scammed was an amount of $ I put in myself for a rank, I owned a 900m valued rank at the time and is currently 2b, I do not feel its fair to say I was scammed 2b when that is the current price but not what I had put in myself or the value of the rank at time of promotion. I went back through dm's to see that it was 700m I had put in because I thought my upgrade was 350 not 300.
Conducting business better and more professionally overall from the beginning may have saved alot of reading.
To conclude, in the future. TOS and Host rules should not be changed just to benefit the party that customers have purchased a service from.. this leaves others to be scammed similarly.
I appreciate your input on this matter and believe it is now time for the mods to take control of situation.
