Reporting an old dispute

So let me start by saying, I have had to explain this same situation to many many people of why my account on the forums is no longer active or there at all.

Some ways you can look at this - And apologies for the multiple edits, have been adding more stuff.

- Doxing
- Slandering of business
- Deformation of character
- Unfair dismissal (also not allowed according to them)

Dispute against a donation rank this is the original report which I guess you could say sparked it up, and should have actually been handled then and there if there was an issue, however it has since taken 3 years to be looked into again and overruled although it has been confirmed to be invalid evidence to be used as it no longer stands to have merit.



So that's being mentioned as not being able to be revisited. I cant find the dispute that was placed on me so if anyone else can please drop it below so I can edit my thread with the link thank you.

Now then, this whole pissing war started because I told a user who was asking about real world trade bans that "jagex are banning everyone and their grandmother atm" - He then responds "Dbuffed bots his services, don't listen to him" and gives me a warning strike.



So he says here, he removed his post about me botting but that means that it's fine right? Please note, I was banned for 2 months from originally 6 (but got overturned) for harassment/offensive behaviour because no one knew what to class it as until I provided further context - Calling someone by their first name privately is NOT doxing and is NOT offensive behaviour or harassment.

HOWEVER what he did below is slander and deformation of character.

Here is some more context to it all as well, according to him he pretty much never lies and is a perfect role model to follow by.



No my friend, you got me a 2 month ban which was unjustified but I took it on the chin because it's whatever, and i'm not going to kick up a fuss. No one posted disputes on my behalf ( @juealwn123 in this case he is referring to, as the same guy made a similar report to me after he also got screwed with unjustified banning )

They also contradict themselves via saying they do not "delete accounts" and such, when it's been shown they do and for no actual valid reason at that.



Guess what happened when the guy mentioned me? Like anyone else who does, their comments get deleted and they get warning points for even bringing my name up - Is that also justified?

Oh, and more slander from one of his back up squad members.



If I try to ban evader, wouldn't I have had to appeal that by now? Thanks Naked, but none of my posts are from "ban evading" all of them are from one singular account, I am not like you lot.

Also trying to crack jokes, when the same guy came to the defence of him claiming I was "doxing them" when I haven't done any such thing?





Now then, I will say I have sent @Pendulum links to threads of which contain how he has released his own information form the public to see, informaiton that Malcolm has tried to defend again - Despite the fact of Malcolm shit talking about me, I haven't got any grudge against him or anyone else in fact as I know that they are only trying to make sure they don't get handled in the same way.



Last time I checked, I am allowed freedom of speech, is that not right?

My post that is now removed thanks to @Gladiator who didn't look correctly into it but again I am not gonna argue that as it's meh, but the proof can still be shown any time any day.

Now here is the bottom of our chat and I would like to point this out, as both OSRS Butlers and Killer Flea are key parties to this situation in a way.



So they were "trying" to extract more gold from OSRS Butlers before he shamefully scam quit on half of the website, this of which he claimed he was paying them to keep him unbanned. This could be true and could be speculation, but again that's for now just hear say but I was threatened to be IP banned based on knowing this information.

Killer Flea got on the wrong side of whatever, and decided to try call me in on their chat for something that wasn't even said or happened to begin with (above this picture is a screenshot of our chat) of which at that time I did a pastebin and sent him our whole conversation start>finish from my first contact with the user, as again I was threatened to be IP banned for no reason.


BACK when people looked at this on the dispute of donation, they assumed this was his website - It is not, he is just essentially an extended community helper. Now then, I would like justice for the actions taken against me and others before and after me including @John Devola of who's DOX information he did in fact release and has been just over looked.

He sent the FULL description of detail to his chat box (which is pretty much like Sythes discord) for everyone to see -

NOW I WANT TO ASK - What is worse, me calling someone privately by their FIRST NAME and getting a 6 month ban, or someone releasing ALL OF SOMEONES information, including their IP + FULL NAME + HOME ADDRESS to the public, and not warranted anything.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - I am not pleading to be unbanned on OSBot, it's a shame that not only the #7 position in feedback is gone (1061 feedback) but at the same time I am not interested in continued abuse for no background context behind it.

I was their #1 verified middleman, the only person who held ALL of their verified ranks (I still am) and no other service provider has beyond half of my feedback. I do come across rude sometimes i'll admit or come across a certain way to others, but at the end of the day something no one can fault is I have done great things for the Runescape Blackmarket scene as a whole - Just look at my video with Crumb, the amount of people that got introduced to the websites via that exact video which now is his most watched video he has.. What does that tell you?

Even something that happened TODAY...



All in all, I do not ask to be fed with a golden spoon, all I ask is the respect that I deserve and the treatment I deserve for being the most legit fucking person on these forums to date. I have gone out of my way and taught many people more about the market than you would know - PEOPLE LIKE @Hope WHO FOUND ME VIA THAT VIDEO!








All in all, why is he allowed to DOX and completely nonstop slander/deformation of character us? But nothing is done.

I don't care about yours and Maldesto's drama.
I tried to get the doxx removed from where it's posted only because I know the dude doesn't want it out there and neither would I. Sythe of all places know what can happen with a doxx in the wrong hands.

I dont see the point of this report tbh. Seems like the same old drama

 

You had the thread removed which is completely fine I don’t mind that, hence why it was already mentioned in my post.

No one but staff can check it and if they look at the violation thread you made about the thread I even stated it wasn’t intentional to link anything of that sort or promoting it should I say, in fact quite the opposite.

Also I was using Jason as a reference to stuff, I’m not really too interested to why he is banned , I’m more than happy to give staff a better overview of the information you’re claiming is doxing when in fact was handled properly by both parties (me and you) and removed by @Gladiator

All in all nothing was a “dox” on my behalf, you was just not happy I called him out and it had his first name there - again have stated that was mentioned and obviously is why i haven’t placed it in the screenshots.

 

All I am saying is that you provided a link to a dox.
Did you release his information? No you did not.
Did you make it easy for anyone on Sythe to find it? Yes you did.

You knew the contents of the thread before you posted it on Sythe which made the dox easier to find and more people know about it because of that.

 

I think it's clear that I wasn't thinking of any "context of threads" hence why my stuff was posted how it was posted, and I agreed to it being removed if it was violating anything - You then went above and beyond to protect someone who does in fact dox people and scam people as past as shown as well.

None the less, this violation thread isn't for you or about you, so I would hate to have to report comments that are not needed.

Edit - What you need to remember is the thread pretty much became a bigger pissing war than it needed to be, a few comments could have been edited but due to the nature of it being a pissing war and you making such a big fuss, it was then hidden instead.

If there was something that breached something past his "first name" being leaked if that's even a real concern, it could have just had that picture removed but you made it a bigger issue.

Edit 2 - At the end of the day the same will remain, the thread you're so concerned about is removed and originally contained detailed description based on the slander I received allowing me to then react to it in a place that is allowing it to, no real rule was broken of such beyond calling someone by their first name instead of their forum name (which isn't exactly a major thing at that)

Whilst slandering my name, my business and so forth is actually able to be reported as it seems you guys played the same.

I don't see why you're coming to his every beckoning need though, beyond that fact you wont earn any real income with scripting and such if you wasn't to do so. If he for some reason needs you to hold his hand then that's fine, but you shouldn't be posting here as it's not targeted at you, more using information people including yourself have presented as proof to my statements.

 

I have decided to link a thread in the post below that will be deleted, this is to protect anyone - But this will help people understand that Malcolm actually introduced all the dox information himself.

As I say, my information had nothing that could be added like 2+2 to dox someone, what he did however was make it very clear that the persons information WAS OUT there, and was just as easy to find.

This includes email addresses/MSN contacts and such which ALL include his full name.

Admitting to him doxing himself quite literally, which I have not used anything public at all or for personal gain.




IF HE was so worried about this, why wasn't it handled before my time back in 2014-2015 etc?

You literally have nothing better to do than to complain about old drama that really has no meaning here anymore.

There was zero point in this post other than to tell your side of the story.
Cool, tell the story but the report is pointless.

 

There was also 0 point doing what you did on multiple forums, but you have still tried and failed in the process.
