    Yes, however, changing your name on Sythe has numerous requirements, one of which being atleast a $5 donator. If you are, please refer to this thread and read all the other requirements you need to have it changed. If you do not meet the requirements you're free to request a new account here. Otherwise you should be able to create another account via another IP.
