Amount scammed: bond cost (~5m)
How they scammed: Said they'd take the service, agreed on TOS and everything. Bonded up the account, he logged on, 10 minutes later telling me he doesn't want to do it anymore and refusing to compensate for the bond on a useless account. He wants to put someone else in contact with me to do it now, but I have no interest in working with someone I don't know. I made a deal with this guy and he stopped the service, hence the bond cost is owed.

This went on for another 20 minutes, but I cba screenshotting everything and this sums it up quite well.

I appreciate his english isn't the best, but he agreed to a clear TOS, made me bond up the account, logged on and now is refusing to compensate. All I want is for him to compensate the bond, then all is fine.

I made this report several weeks ago and saved it as he finally agreed to pay the bond back and so I put it on hold. He said he needed 2 weeks to complete an order and pay it back to me. Proof here: Screenshot - 8ee398e272adfa1e34303cf0348473b4 - Gyazo

Honestly no clue why I spent so much time making a report over a bond worth like 5m something, but it's annoying me
