The 600M is if you want base 70 on all skills and 90 in combat. The 1B is if you want 99 in all combat skills. By combat skills I mean attack, strength, and defence. If you want range/magic it would cost a little more.

Hiya, been looking for a project like this to put some of my theory crafting into practice.
The timeframe would be 10 weeks and the project deliverables would be the following:
Base 97s in melee, 95 mage and range, all skills required and completion of ds2 / mm2 and b gloves. Completion of the diary for elite void as well the required points for the full set, all 3 helms and upgrade to elite.
