Appeal

Hello - I'm having a hard time understanding why my threads are removed, I've been given a point, was banned, and received a DNT.

I literally made a mistake censoring my own video I had every right to advertise, (literally missed maybe like 2 second window in a 30s+ clip)

The guy who's name was "leaked" was mad because he didnt want the bot advertise in general (however my TOS allows me to do so) and when I made a mistake he than flames and reports me, than from staff ignorance and neglect I'm grossly mistreated and punished.

Now 2/3 of my threads and on one of those was my "reasoning for ban" - have just disappeared after having been there yesterday. So I've been falsely banned, retrieved a point, and DNT'd now.


I'm not sure what to do or if all the staff here hold the same opinion as gladiator, the handling mod.

There seemed to be, for some reason, a heavy emphasis - from gladiator, on my interactions with said client (guy who reported for leaking rsn) after our deal had concluded (involving offensive comments from both parties [myself and client]). I find all of this to be hearsay and highly irrelevant.

The only thing I am guilty of is accidentally, temporarily, leaking said rsn. The link was removed from one thread, than the next day upon discovering a different thread with the same layout, Gladiator jumped conclusion I re-added said link and banned me. Once I disputed it he than DNT'd me and gave me a point. Now 1 day after my ban expires 2/3 of my threads disappear.
