    Why you think they are ban evading :

    user joined sythe 2 days after the account Yikes Cx was DNT'd < all those accounts also have IP audit matches

    hashed IP is also the same for BabaShoop < banned user

    ip audit also links to multiple other banned accounts as posted above, similar writing styles. including the use of ⚡'s

    I'm afraid there is far from enough evidence to even suggest a relevant connection between Izad and the rest of the mentioned users.
