    • the 10% will be kept by @Meaty as @Dbuffed cannot provide substantial evidence of his ToS (we cannot accept verbal agreements where there is no recording with evidence of the users identities/wittnesses)
    • The 300M deposit will be returned to @Meaty for the same reason as above
    • @Meaty has been given a TWC for misuse of employees funds while in possession of them
    • @Dbuffed Will be given a written warning for having knowledge of above and not immediately firing @Meaty
    • Tyler receives a couple days off of his moderating duties for his patience during this report

    All of the above has been confirmed and approved by @Pendulum
