I have contacted both @Krysler and @Hope due to the difference of the matter @Tyler Kry has replied, waiting on Hope currently.

As you can see even going by this, Krysler was my only manager before I got Meaty and Matt on the role, which I wanted to talk to both Hope and Meaty to make sure we're all on the same page, Krysler of course involved himself there also at the time as part of my work force.

The extra contract Meaty presented in previous comments was extra draft to this mic chat, just as further more confirmation that he knew what he was getting into.

 

I suggest you to read over the chat between me you and Tyler. He said if I don’t give you the worker payments he will DNT me, which he did because I couldn’t pay out due to eating. I’m not going to drop everything in life and just drive home when I was going to be home In 30 minutes or so and then I was going to refund you. You got the refund within 45-50 minutes as I said I’d be home within the next hour so please don’t put words in my mouth or try to act like I wasn’t going to pay out because I infact paid if I wanted to scam you I wouldn’t even be online right now.

 

I never disagreed on worker tos so don’t know where your going with that, I said for the 5th time I didn’t agree to any TOS for “Manager” I agreed to a term of service for “Trial Manager” that consisted of holding payments and giving you 10% nothing else was mentioned

This would mean you was in violation of your worker contract either way which resulted in you being fired. You broke several of your contract rules as a worker, and due to being a friend and someone I thought I could depend on and trust you was ultimately given a higher rank as you asked due to wanting to earn it which I allowed. Shame on me really for trusting you with such things, and this will be a lesson not to cut corners.

 

You can’t just say I broke terms of service without specifying what Worker term of service I broke. I played everything by the books so let’s hear it.

 

I will just leave this here, not to mention you was playing with workers and customers GP (not allowed, can be fired) to fund your own profits, stalling payments for the same reason, clearly not willing to comply with handing out money when you are instructed to either.

He issued me a DNT due to me not being home to give you the funds its simple protocol, as for the assumptions for me using the worker/customers gold it never left my account and I took responsibility at all times when I was in possession of the gold. I admitted to merching once, and haven’t touched it since. So keep up with the assumptions because that’s all you do.

 

If possible, assuming @Tyler is busy (I understand why as he explained) a secondary opinion would also be appreciated if having time, if you can @video / @Gladiator / @Pendulum thank you.

Doesn't this seem familiar? I had the same issue, tell him to do what he needed to do, and forces your hand to punish him in return before he finally wises up, this time however he had no choice thanks to Tyler stepping in.

I believe there was more, and still the 10% was taken until further notice and as I say i'm fine with that as that's needing to be looked into.

This is coming from a staff member, of which I was forced to involve as Meat wasn't willing to supply it to me personally, even after all these attempts of telling him, he then tried to mule the gold to a level 3 knowing I was using my personal account to collect due to the mules not being able to hold more and he had on his main account too (probably to merchant with again, and is why he was stalling to begin with), instead putting my personal account at risk again for his own gain as long as he received what he feels appropriate.

You put the money at risk, and you also put my reputation and workers at risk via being selfish and not just doing what you knew you had to do. You are blaming it all on "me making a dispute" but you was told for a good amount of time before the dispute came up to do the right thing, even from Matt who is our other manager who was trying to assist us in getting it resolved.

 

Keep on assuming the reason I was stalling because I was merching infact I was at Wendy’s eating with the fiancé. You knew from day one when I joined your service I don’t use my main to trade customers or workers. That’s why you told me to use mules Incase we was going to get RWT Banned. I took responsibility for the gold until it left my possession and into yours. Once it was in your possession it’s not under my responsibility.

 

You risk bans via your mule to main, so that makes no difference as you traded it off to both many of times.

You was stalling because you felt you didn’t have to pay.

 

If you don’t have proof quit assuming, because I can show my GE history on my account to prove I haven’t merched in awhile. As for putting the gold at risk? Don’t we all do that ever day as a trader? Every single one of us who is in the market? We take responsibility for the wealth when it’s in our possession for that simple reason. So with you stating I put the gold at risk then you put the gold at risk too because Jagex can ban anyone of us at anytime for RWT.

You was happy to trade when Tyler told you to meet us, then you found out you had to trade me and all of a sudden OH WAIT I NEED TO SWITCH ACCOUNTS I CANT MAKE IT!

That's called stalling, no real purpose to stall other than you knew Tyler wasn't accepting the funds, I was and he was facilitating the communication for us. That itself is also sketchy, you wasn't willing to work with me and pay where you needed to, which is why again you stalled it and insisted you put it on your mule of which you knew I had no space on mine making it further more awkward.

Cheap move to say the least, and even though you got a PM confirming my name, contact details as did Tyler, you also insisted yet again I confirm via the chat you was "recording" to confirm my name, to further more make it a bigger problem.

if I recall I stated that the funds was on my main and I had to transfer them to the mule, rs mobile doesn’t allow you to multi log, I stated I’d be home within the hour as you can verify and then got home a bit earlier and started refunding. I’m sorry that you don’t understand. As for the confirmation for names, Tyler was the one who mentioned for you to verify not me so that’s on Tyler.

 

Do you have proof of him agreeing to these contracts?

 

He agreed to them via mic, which can be confirmed via @Hope if you need confirmation as he lent him the money to pay the deposit.

Most stuff was handled via mic, along with the original agreement with his deposit that hope lend him.

According to your assumptions, It was done over Microphone do you have that clip of the terms of service because the call was in the same convo I posted the tos I agreed too. With that being said I do agree we was on voice chat, He posted the tos in the group chat and asked me if I agreed to them, I never once denied to agreeing to the terms of service in the 4 way group chat between Me, Dbuffed, Sinisiter, And Hope. Dbuffed keeps on claiming there was another TOS I agreed too, I'm still waiting for that Manager TOS he claims I also agreed too.

As you can see on 3/8/2019 he Promoted me to "Trial Manager", This was after me editing his discord for him and making it work properly. This is the first time he even mentions the cuts shown below after promoting me to Trial Manager.

He mentioned that if I took a payment for myself, it would be 80/20 cut, but If I took a payment for a worker it will be 80/10/10 as I've stated multiple times.

On 3/23/2019 I confront him about him upping the requirements for "Manager" and it was then set to 700M deposit, I told him I wouldn't be able to do that and he said he will allow me to pay the old deposit of 500M as seen above, With me currently having 300M deposit and needing 200M for the manager role since he claimed he was going to keep it 500M for me and Matt, I told him it's going to take some time due to running into problems irl with bills etc. He gave me and Matt the Trial Manager rank on 3/8/2019 on discord due to his health slowly declining, He decided to allow us to keep the trail manager rank until we paid him the deposit for Manager rank.

On 4/22/19 he confirms once again I am a Trial Manager, But due to not having the required deposit we got in a arguement because he wasn't sure what was going on with payments due to me and Matt taking over because he had a few medical problems irl, I will not publicly post these details but if you Mods want proof I can post them. He has told us to stop taking payments. Around this time me and Matt was pretty much running his business as trial managers until Matt paid the deposit of 700m Dbuffed claims, Yet above shows he was going to allow us to have a 500m deposit as Manager. So he then gives us the green light to accept payments again knowing I am still Trial Manager because he is still having irl problems, at this point If I recall Matt is now full time Manager, I'm still trial... I have not agreed to a Manager contract other then the 80/10/10 and when I can, pay him the remaining 200M-400M to add onto my deposit. Most of our convos about manager talk was done over the voice chat. We had our separate discord chat called "Big Boys Chat" it involved Matt, Dbuffed, And Me. This was the "Manager/Trial Manager/Owner Chat. if we may call it that" As for me ever getting "Manager Rank or Actively accepting The Manager Rank TOS, I have not because I've been on a "trial" and haven't paid any deposits toward my manager rank. With that being said, I would like a moderator to look over this report in detail, He has confirmed himself by the screenshots I posted "trial managers are 10/10/80" as in 10 for the trial manager, 10 to Dbuffed, and 80% to the worker.

Not even going to post more I will wait for a reply, forwarded contract where you agreed to my worker terms etc, and also had your agreements confirmed via other sources that you had pay for you.
