Is summoning going to be a major combat skill like range or melee, or more like a prayer sort of thing??

And if its major, where will it fit in with the combat triangle??

Im thinking itll be something like prayer, since they said every 8 lvls per cmb lvl. If it was super important it wouldnt prolly be like 2-3

Mage and Range are like that. Infact, prayer is 5.(something) lvls/cmbt lvl, and thats not major :/. That's where I got confused.

I think it will be more like a prayer thing... as you will only gain 12 cb lvls when going from 126 - 138...

They should have made it not affect combat level and not be able to use against other players. I figure it's going to be nearly impossible for them to add it to the game they way they've chosen seamlessly. Basically this update will ruin some parts of the game or will fit in horribly.

Yes, I'm aware they had to take this drastic risk in an attempt to make people forget about all the terrible choices they made to eliminate RWT.

Many skills relate to other skills like farming and herblore so it may RELATE to prayer.

Its not going to be in the combat skill, LIKE prayer isnt, BUT its not going to be prayer.

I Am hoping its not a failure like the last 4 skills. (slayer was ok but nothing GREAT)

Kinda hope there mey be like atlease a fishbowl for nonmembers.

Thats just my take on it.

Construction wasn't that bad, if you have high construction, you have many advantages over some people (ex. glilded prayer)

Combat square ftw! No, it's probably going to be between magic and prayer. Doubt it will do much for fighting. Most likely it wont meet up to its expectations...
