    I would like to speak to a mod/admin about this issue, I have a lot of evidence & at this stage I am not sure if I should be concerned about the potential of a scam or not however I would like to show the evidence to someone and get advice about where to go from here. I sold ArcusGold.com 1B RS3 and they then claimed "Unauthorised Access" and charged back the money, they won this claim and the money was refunded to them. Initially I was told by them that they would sort this out within 24-48hr but should be sooner. After checking my paypal and seeing that the money was no longer "HELD" and was actually refunded I again contacted their livechat to request that the gold was returned to me as I was now without my gold & without my $. This was refused by them. I am still in correspondence with Arcus Livechat and am hoping that this is just a big confusion however I am also just writing this thread to make it aware that this seems a little bit fishy.

    Again, not saying they have definitely scammed at this point.
    I wouldn't expect this from Arcus, however I am writing this thread as I feel that this situation and the responses from livechat I have gotten are a bit fishy.

    One of our PayPals has opened the disputes on it's own. We've called PayPal and they're aware of the situation and that we want these disputes closed immediately (there are some other people effected as well). If any admin would like to hold the disputed amount in BTC until this is resolved, we have no issue with that. As for the individuals effected, please let us know if you were charged any overdraft, or suffered any financial penalties as a result of this mishap.

    I was aware of this, however re: my conversation with your staff last night my dispute had been closed and money returned to your paypal. At this time I asked for a gold refund and was denied. That was the reason for this thread to be created.
