    I was scammed.

Agreed ToS can be found here - [Free][Donor] 1-30 in Any* Stat-- Building Rep!

ToS was for a 1-30 free stat/skill train up service not for a minigame which he took payment for, however I won't be a douche and use that as a 'null of contract' because in a contract binding way it's an invalid contract due to the fact ToS only represents the services he's posted for.

You will not login to the account - See evidence A - https://m.imgur.com/a/4qwRHPp (Thursday 6.55), user APPROACHED ME allowing me to login during his service. Which he already acknowledged here
which he tried to provide evidence for this 'one time' which he only provided a partial part of the conversation, you can see the full conversation below his response with my reply. He allowed breach of his own ToS, he was the one to even approach me with this, not me approaching him.

He states he will not be held responsible for any bans, however just below he state the account is HAND TRAINED, ToS is already broken by him giving me permission to login but also the ToS was agreed upon on the basis that he said everything is handtrained, which undoubtfully it wasn't as the account is now banned for Macro Major, user provided a screenshot with a AHK programme in the processes (says it's for PK mouse rebinds) however that's his 'word' for all I know it used for many of things such as AHK Scripts. User doesn't dismiss the idea of the AHK programme causing the ban. Only able to provide evidence of the account being hand trained early on in the service and gives an excuse of the laptop being bad and wasn't using runelite for screenshot evidence.

If a service provider is allowed to use in their ToS " I will not be held responsible for any bans" and then goes on to bot/script, have the account banned then surely they must be able to provide sufficient enough evidence that there was no malicious misconduct used in order to train up the account especially if they state the service is 'handtrained'.

This makes 0 sense for me to search for a service provider on Sythe, pay X amount of money over the 4 day period in which the service was going on, for me to be the one to bot, why would I need a service provider if I planned on botting, make no logical sense to especially to agree to pay more than the agreed price at the start if I knew there was a risk of being banned, I thought there was no risk because this user said everything was handtrained which it was not.

    I was scammed.

Unfortunately, at this point, there is no solid proof on who botted. I understand that because he has AHK as an opened process, this screenshot was taken after the account was banned and he could have been using it at the given time of the screenshot. The TOS does not say he will provide screenshots of levels gained so I can not hold him accountable for that. Even though he allowed you to log into the account breaking his TOS, there is nothing to say you did not do something dumb on the account either. In the future, I recommend having the user taking screenshots of all levels gained, and requesting that you see live time screenshots of the whole client whenever requested. I am sorry for your loss @MancGainz , but there isn't enough proof to say who botted on the account.

    Regards,

    TySimpson
