Right click the skype profile and take a screenshot of their skype name. From the conversations it seems you were talking to:

live:plkosigi (an impostor with lowercase L) instead of
live:pikosigi

Did you request a sythe PM first?

You've not shown a proper screenshot of piko's skype and if you try to add the impostor skype:

live:plkosigi (an impostor with lowercase L)

You'll see the profile name(which can be changed) matches that of your screenshots. In future, please request a PM from the sythe user before conducting any kind of business on skype/discord.
