is there anyway to remove this trade with caution?

i did do something silly to get this banner but i have realized my mistake and won't do it again, is there anything i can do to resolve this?

may i ask how to repay my debt? i didnt scam anyone or anything... i was just trying to climb up the ladder quick and faked some vouches.. i sincerely regret doing this and would like to repay the debt in anyway i can, how can i do this?
