Hmm user has been refunded and the mod handling the case has purposely avoided closing it. If you cant keep your personal feelings from dictating what you do as a mod I'd suggest stepping down. You were so quick to dnt me but now play coy? You're online and speaking in discord. You know this has been settled and still prefer to cause me issues. I find your actions extremely unprofessional for someone who's been given mod back. You decided to take this report for 1 reason. Dumpster me as hard as u can while u can. You knew nothing of the sale or controversy. You never directly contacted me and asked me what was going on. You went merely off of someone elses word without doing any homework. If you reread what ice queen wrote you would see she even assumed she was given the account back but didnt want it. My first response was merely based of this. You immediately call me a liar and say I owe a debt. Go fuck yourself and recover your account again. I'll be sure to make a spam forum post with both of your account recoveries and reddit post that lead to oakdoce being banned for thousands of dollars.

 

I'm working with an admin in regards to this thread, which is why the case is still open. We are having troubles communicating as discord is still having issues. The report will be closed and your DNT removed once that has been done. I'll lock it for now thanks

 

Ok after working with @Charlotte Both @hattez and @Pegasus Will be receiving TwC ranks with the reason being:



@hattez deliberately asked @Pegasus to lie on his behalf about who the OO's of the account were. This is not how people should be conducting business on Sythe and is not in good faith.

I was also asked to look into if she did list hattez as the OO. @Pegasus should also have not listed @hattez as the OO on her selling thread, so we are holding her equally liable.

If either of you disagree with this you are free to contact me to dispute, and then take it to @Charlotte
