Twc appeal

[Big Dog]

Link to/reason for TWC: he was renting my max staker acc and I gave him a time frame to get to the gold off the acc which took over 6 mins still on the acc so I logged him off, later we came to a agreement I should've stated to him that he will be logged off, And I paid him back his 40mil
