    Unable to change password
    Hello,

    I've been trying to change my password but i never get any email to set a new one.
    "Alvp" is my account's name and i've been unable to access it for several months.
    Never had any problem with a member/staff neither i've broke any rules as far as i know... Would like to get this situation fixed ASAP.
