unable to retrive password / create new account

    unable to retrive password / create new account
    everytime i click on forgot password and enter my email it says it sends but it never appears, as such im unable to get on my account or make a new one

    email grunted:gmail.com
    username Purpletentacle (might be some variation like two e's as its taken
    skype username incase you want it : purple_tentacle1
