Explanation of the trade: I paid for barrow gloves and Lunar diplomacy (extra quest)

How they scammed:

He contacted me yesterday and told me that the barrow gloves and lunar diplomacy quests were finished, i logged in and saw that only barrow gloves quests were finished and not lunar diplomacy, he said he'll get his worker to do it asap so i told him that i wanted it to be done within 2 hours since he said it was finished but it isn't, i later woke up like 8-9 hours later, he still hasn't done it and im asking for a 15m refund now and want to do it myself since he is forcing me to wait on his worker to come online and is refusing to refund me 15m, while he did not start lunar diplomacy or touch it at all.

He refuses to refund me my 15m while he didn't complete Lunar diplomacy or even touch/start the quest, he told me it was finished yesterday but it wasn't.


This guy is such a bad business runner and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from him after this report either.

You said it was finished while it wasn't, you didn't start the quest (lunar diplomacy) or even touch it, i want a refund for that quest specific which is 15m.

@Pendulum User just told me he changed pass of the account thus forfeiting the service and there will be no refunds since according to this




I'm still right within the time frame provided and he choose to break the deal.

Also I'd like to report the user for threatening to report my account to jagex

Agreement that partial refund will be given ONLY if not completed within time frame and him agreeing to it, basically rendering this whole report useless



None the less, if the pass isn't changed then i will finish the order today like agreed in the first place. I'd still like to report him for threatening to get my account banned though.

 

I'd still like to get refunded 15m since he did not complete lunary diplomacy when he said he did.

You're inviting me repeatedly in in a group convo with another individual with the same 1 digit IQ as yours and kept flaming me so ye all contact will be here or sythe pms.

 

First you say "say it to my face pussy" then I invite you to a conversation with him, then you get angry and delete me.
This apparently isn't the first report you had on you either.

Not a scam report, you agreed to terms that this would be completed by Thursday, you can't report someone for not having it done yet when they are still working within the timeframe. Seeing as though the order has been completed this is resolved.
