Tbh i forgot how this works

Its been some time since i was banned (my account was hacked & unfortunately far more than what i can pay back was scammed)

Is there any way i can return as a non market user without having to pay back victims? I'm not interested in trading but it would be nice to return to the community (whats left of it lol).

Any information would be great thanks

Provide proof of you being hacked and having a clean PC (virusscan results) etc and once that's done I'm fairly sure you could be granted a DNT rank.
