how to get trusted

I want to get trusted but the only way to get trusted is threw trading. but nobody will trade because I am not trusted on the site. what can I do to insure im sincere??

Although donating does not equate to trustworthiness, its a great way to start providing some sort of opportunity cost to smaller trades. I.e. someone will more likely trust you with $20 if you have donated $50, as the 'cost' of you scamming is $30.
From then on, vouches and trust kinda snowball.
You may also choose to gain vouches by providing free services, such as skilling or questing. People will vouch in turn for your honest work.

I'll echo the other 2 replies here in my own way.

The short answer is, it takes time.

Over time, you can build up vouches from small trades (gradually becoming bigger) or trades where you go first to trusted members/mods/etc. This will show that you are at least active in the Market community. You also have the option of using either a middle man or official middle man in your trades.

Another route is to start offering services (probably free at first so you can build up a market base and also to build up vouches and, ultimately, trust). Find a need that you feel you would be happy to fulfill and then offer yourself up - whether it be creating mules for people, leveling a particular skill/skills, or even something completely out of game (GFX services, for example, if that's your sort of thing).

TL;DR version:

There's no 1 direction to point you in as I don't know you. Look at your strengths and also what you'd like to get out of your time on Sythe and that will help you decide what path to take in becoming a more prominent community member.

 

ya Im just trying to sell my pure. and its like nobody wants to trade with me because im new. but then you have to trade to not be new. so basically wait for people to take a shot in the dark on me

 

I definitely agree with Cherub when they mentioned that donating goes a long way on this forum to help people notice your not simply trying to scam them. I'd also recommend trying to start out offering some services on the cheaper end which may help boost your vouches. Good luck!

 

Focus on what you actually want to do on Sythe and not on trying to become 'trusted' in the community or you'll burn out way too fast.
