Western Union Help

Dunno If I posted this in right place, but oh well I suppose If i didnt..dont take my head off

Well I got a couple of questions for Western Union. You can go to a Western Union near you and give them money to send to someone else correct (an example would be if you want to buy/sell RS GP).

So my question is:

How does this work? You just give them the money and they put it on your account, and then you can spend it?

Or

You make a purchase from someone, and then go to your local Western Union and give them the money.

Also:

Do you have to be 18 to do this, as on the Western Union site it states that you do not need a Credit Card, but you may still need to be 18, I dont know thats why im asking (keep in mind this is if i go to western union and give them cash)

Go to you local WU and give them the money. You will have to fill out a form, with their address and such but thats how you do it to buy something.

and you do not have to be 18 for this, or need parental permission or anything?

imp pretty sure all you need is the money order.
