Age required for Western Union

hi, hmm i am interested in buying an account, and the seller wants Western Union.

I was wondering what the age was required to use Western Union in Canada, because im 16 and im not sure if you have to be 18. Also if i can use a debit card at a local location.

Most likely 13+. Of course, you can always put in a fake age.
