Player mods can recommend as many a month as possible, i know This kid in real life, he made me a player moderator..

lol. Have you read anything other then the title? Yes, You can ask any of the people on my vouch area. They've seen pictures of my sending messages to jagex. they've talked to my Pmod in-game. i said exactly how it works on the first post ^^
