Home IP TWC

Hey I recieved a TWC for not posting on my home IP. The reason for this is my home IP has issues connecting to IPV4 websites (only sites like google, facebook, or youtube load). I can load runescape client from it but not other sites. Currently am posting from a hotspot which allows for me to use other sites. If anyone has any fixes for this please let me know. Thanks.

This may be due to your anti-malware software settings restricting access to certain sites. Can you look into that/get back to me. I know this may come off as a huge hassle to you, but you're a bit off from the previous location of the account 3 years ago, so if you can't do that, then I'll most likely have to ban this account/direct you to the account recovery center to ensure you're the original owner.

 

Posted now from my Home IP. Contacted my internet provider and got it sorted.
