Recovering account help?

basically I made a NMZ Demon acc a while back and now want to recover it as it has been hijacked. It was hijacked in 2016 but just came back to RS. I have old passwords, the original email/ISP/location of creation and even included things like MAC addresses, dates at which I personally changed the password for the account, and the date at which it was hijacked.

HOWEVER I literally get denied within 5 minutes of every appeal. Through my appeal form I have found out the username of the account (as it was changed) but the hijacker changed the e-mail / pass so I literally don't have a clue how to recover.

Anyone got any advice?

This. Also make sure you are using absolute oldest passwords in your records. The newer the password in my experience / less useful it is. Also make sure you get the account creation month/year to a tee.

 

Hello @Arkfam - Using your first 3 passwords of the account will be in your best interest. This will perform a better recovery test from your end. If your still in the current location as you created the account, it should not be a problem.
