Making a client would be possible, but not really worth it, scripts are worth making on existing clients.

 

oh okay but do you know if theres a site that can teach me to make private scripts are like easy to make?

 

absolutely no idea, message some other coders on here, RuneScape Programming should help.

 

learn basic java first

 

Starting from scratch, a LONG process if you want to make a decent (quality wise) script.
As said, at minimum basic Java knowledge is required.
Then I would take an already existing script (something simple) to get an idea how things are laid out, and then start editing said script.

 

Of course its possible, but entirely pointless. Scripts are the problem not clients.
