Explain the service:
He was supposed to obtain 75/75/75 stats for me, in addition to 75 mage.
The money was left on the account, to pay for the service, with additional money for supplies (which he said I didn't have to do)
It proceeded normally at first, starting a couple days ago. He finished 75 atk and 75 str, so I trusted him, and we began discussing range training after these services finished.
He insisted I trade money to him, from my alt to my main, at the GE. I said I would just load it up while he was off, but he kept insisting I just trade him the money at the GE, on my account.
This was weird; he claimed he had finished my 75 def yesterday, and claimed he was splashing for my mage levels and was already at 70 mage, planning to hit 72 before bed that night - so how was he at the GE when he should have been splashing?
I didn't think much of it, and grabbed the gold, but argued with him, and eventually told him I was going to add the gold that night regardless. Later in the evening, he said he was going to be "afk splashing while playing fortnite", and he would be on all night.
I tried logging on several times, and he was indeed logged in over the course of at least 7 hours.
When I finally logged in, my def levels had not hit 75, my mage levels hadn't increased at all, my entire bank had been sold (he told me in advance he would be selling a "few" items for mage supplies - not only were there no runes on the account, but upon checking the GE's history, none of my items were sold, they were traded away)
I confronted him, asking where my items had gone, and he said he had traded them off of my account to ensure my safety from his workers...
But I was never told he was using workers? I was told it was only him on my account.. He also said he lied about my levels because he was in the hospital and didn't want to upset me...
He said he would message me after "work today" to discuss my items - his discord shows he had been playing RuneScape the entire day, and when he was telling me he was at work initially, RuneScape wasn't running, and began running halfway through our conversation.
Furthermore, upon logging into my account, evidence suggested he had been botting herblore on my account for profit for himself, as it had been making potions. He claims this isn't true, but potions were in my inventory, I had gained levels, and all supplies to make the potions were in my inventory as well (which I've never bought).

Overall, I am out the money I paid him + the supply money I left him, the value of the bank he stole, and I may be out my main, since I'm almost certain he was botting herblore on the account; the main has had 400m worth of services completed on it in the last 20 days alone.

I wrote this report earlier, and planned to hear him out tonight if he decided to come back around.
We had a convo, so I decided to post this, and here's a follow-up: "Thanks for the gold"

When I said I'd take this to the report forums, he said "Guess you don't want your gold back", then said this in the screenshot.
Very clearly scammed me, rip.

Also had just scammed me for a osrs for private server purchase, I traded him 17m osrs and He then proceeded to "update" his game all day and then had just left me on delivered with no response, I have screenshots but idk where to post them

 

He has now proceeded to block me on discord after asking for a refund, Fuck this piece of shit kid, Gimme his ip if your bout it
