Jansen there is no other place "better" if I left somewhere else and since I mostly deal in the black market the only one that comes close in Fagex and their black market isn't even as active as the one here so I choose to stay.

TDD you are neither a global or admin you don't tend to the black market or report a scammer section so please GTFO.

Globals and admins aren't responding to this thread because they don't want to explain what has been explained hundreds of times before. Hell, it is even been explained more than once on this thread.

 

I apologize TDD my way of this is immature. The staff does a very good job especially for the size of the forum. I guess its just some slip through the cracks..

In case you haven't - You obviously haven't - I'll inform you that literally hundreds of reports are waiting to be answered.

Some of the reports are complex, and take a good five to ten minutes to process each.

As it has been quoted many times before, Moderators aren't paid, sunshine.

You act as if you know but obviously you don't. Ive been through both the report a scammer sections and the black market to know that theres ppl who are let go because when someone reports them the report ends up not being looked and the person is left to roam free.


Its funny though the ones who go through and write these messages trying to
explain that I am wrong are those who aren't even active within the black market.

Tell me what's the point of having a Report a scammer section then. As you just said, They just sign up again.

 

Because when a trusted or semi-trusted person scams then it can be posted there, meaning we can ban their account and they can lose their rep. 95% of the people who are reported as scammers now are not trusted at all on Sythe anyway, people are just stupid enough to go first with them and then they get scammed. We ban the scammers (or we did), they sign up again and their back in the same position they were in in the first place.

I feel the staff here has done MORE than enough to help people not get scammed, every forum you go in there are stickys on different scam prevention and so on. Also, they may not get to every single report, but even if they did do you really think its going to make a difference? If they ban 10 scammers that go into the selling account forum with 5 posts and make you go first, 15 more come right after. There really isn't a way to fix the scamming problem, we just need to hope that somehow people in this world learn to stop being fuckheads and do fair trades.

And yes, scammers are out of control, i don't know of any way to stop them(forcefully).
