Is it possible to request a name change?

I'v been on these forums for a long time just not an active poster, i'v always been known as Vince or Vince` on cheating sites but this is the first account i really created on a cheating site as sythe is the first site i found ages ago. I'm sorry if this is not the right section but i didn't find where exactly to post this and my question is simple is it possible to resquest a name change?

 

Name changes are unfortunately not allowed for normal members. Staff members can though. Name capitalization, however, is allowed.
