You will need to be very careful going about it. From what i've seen mods who have a very sudden IP change often have rights removed due to the account being 'unstabale' in jagex's opinions.

 

I am aware on how much they cost, and I am willing to play runescape proxying through private servers in near the owners location.

Its ok to use on another Ip u just say u wer eplaying at your friends house because your comp broke down and its getting fixed?

 

If you buy a player mod i'd recommend the guy PMing fagex and telling them you're moving house, so expect a big ip change.

 

What he said, exept the fagex part, tell jagex some excuse for ip change and you can buy it.
