Why now and for how long?

 

5 weeks for having wrongs tags on his thread in SF. Banned by Richard.

With his history he deserved to be on thin ice. To be honest he deserved to be drowning, but at the very least on thin ice.

 

I realize that with his history he should have been more careful, even though I was not here for the whole thing. However, I believe in this case he was right. Either way, there is nothing anyone can do, as it was Richard who banned him.

 

It seems like a common sense ban to me as the titles rule gave an explanation as to why it was against the rules (to avoid scam accusations in search results) and this was a clear attempt to get around it

 

Have loopholes not always been used? I believe rules should be updated accordingly before anyone is banned for something that is not an official rule.
Tags were not allowed in thread titles, nowhere was there a mention of them not being allowed in posts.

Maybe it's just me, though, I'm technical like that.

 

Again it's a special case with Gun because he constantly does it until he's banned. I'm glad Richard laid down the pimp hand and put him in his place

Calling him a scammer is 100% a fact, and backed up by evidence in OP. So why isn't it allowed?

So @Sythe why is Gun completely banned for a rule that wasn't in place yet? and not spam forum banned like the rules clearly state if he broke them? and Also why can't we post factual/evidence discussion like the rules say? If you scammed once you are by definition a scammer not a scanner you moron.
