The previous pardon was not handled fairly. It was based on assumption and "evidence" that was never validated or shared with the pardoning user. I will address it below the template.

  Honestly each issue revolves around Dicing, I don't know why it occurs or persists but I'd willingly agree to a permanent non-appealable Dice ban on the site. I've never had issues with the market itself etc, it has always revolved around the dice lounge. The Milotic Dice issue was entirely my fault and was an ongoing meme and I don't know why i stuck with it with funds available to refund. LaGucci was an entirely different situation that I explained in length to @Shin if he would like to share a hidden post about it.

This is the picture stated by Richard that shut down my previous pardon, which i was not allowed to respond to and staff never proved it to be me or linked the Discord acc to me. However, it is me plain and simple. The PM is rather skewed as it is paired with Voice Chat and look absolutely horrible in reflection to me. The interpretation is that I had the intent and will to hack forum accounts, which would be a risk to Sythe.org if that was the case, agreed. You can keep it public unlike it was before, I know how it looks but it's being taken the wrong direction.

I never had an intent to hack sythe or any forum accounts, nor do I have the ability to. I had a spur of the moment "oh this might make some good quick cash" idea as related to RS accounts NOT forum accounts. I googled runescape hashes not even knowing what they were and that text file was one of the first public downloads and i sent it to him. I then realized it was vbulletin accs and told him "nvm", however it looks like I am telling him to move forward with that text file as the convo is choppy due to Voice chat in-between. There WAS an intent to try to learn how to phish runescape accounts off-site and within the blackhat clause, there is no denial there.... that was short lived and died quick as I saw the negatives on the other end of that with hacked gold etc. I understand how the 10 or so lines of text look and I can't blame ANYONE for interpretation, but I just want to try to produce some form of clarity for people because what is being presumed is not true.

I just don't want another stigma that I am some forum hacker, and I want a fair pardon based on fact. I have had some sectionals state to me "I didn't even read it i just voted no", how is that due process?

@Gun, you admit to a history of RAT and phishing in that screenshot but in your previous pardons you denied that you had any involvement in such activities. Were you lying in your previous pardons about this?

No, it was after my original pardon. I can send the pm logs showing a date when the conversation started with that person. Again, the black hat clause was in effect by then.

Posting this on behalf of Gun as he's away from his computer for this week -

I apologize for the situation at hand and have tried to reform as much as possible, gambling took over last year. Since my first pardon I pledged to be a legitimate market user and that I have been, I fell short on the dice lounge side and again apologize but I have agreed to a perm dice ban regardless of this pardon outcome. In the past 12.5 years on this site I have made mistakes; whether it be due to immaturity, financial issues or just being a dick. I rectified all of those instances, paid all of my original debt off including scams that never would have been brought to light to make amends with not only the community but myself as well. It may seem "oh Guns just a handful who cares just keep him DNT" but it does matter to me..... even though I want to hate Richard and most of the retards on this site its been home for me for over a decade. I have come to terms with my own shortcomings and worked on them.

In reference to this "hacking" issue and the thought that I would ever try or even have interest in hacking forum accs that is not the case. I know how the pictures look and it is all skewed because I thought the text file was that of runescape accs as it was straight off googled. I had a short idea of hacking RS accs (within the black hat clause) and that died out about as quick as the thought itself. Richard chose not to arbitrate my case due to that picture and the idea I had some form of interest in cracking forum accs and I just want it to be clear that is not the case. I have enough of a stigma around my name I don't need something else especially when it is not true.

I've spoken with administrators about your pardon and the current situation seems to be that the reasoning behind a significant portion of the votes on your previous pardon is believed to have been on inappropriate grounds. As a result, I think the appropriate thing is to allow a second pardon attempt in which reasoning is discussed more. I'll try to ensure it's as analytical rather than emotive as possible, however, this of course might still result in a declined pardon.
