30 def turmoil vs turmoil zerker

Often you are not vsing someone with the same levels as you, at that level you are facing mains, maxed zerkers and the occasional pure if you are low level.
I think 45 defence is better as it is only like 3 more combat levels and the 15 defence makes quite a noticeable difference, plus you gain access to the fighter torso and berserker helmet which give nice strength bonuses whereas adamant armor gives no strength bonus.

Also: You should quest all of your defence exp!

 

depends on what you like really...
do you rather be low-ish level and get hit near constantly?
or do you prefer getting abit more combat level to get hit less constantly
but have to compete against low level mains (max mid levels)
