    How he scammed: took a 70M cashin when he had 2M 07 wallet on Discord then went MIA. Since then I have refunded the bettor.. If he was smart he could have probably taken more since he had a 150M max bet (but whatever).

    I have heard since this user has also scammed other people for loans and services, but I will let them make a seperate report..
