I'll actually have a senior administrator @video @Sythe rule on a scam report against an administrator instead of a sectional. You can't clear corruption charges against higher ranked staff than you.

I don't know why you think that's funny? I made a legitimate report about a higher ranked staff member abusing his power by closing a scam report made against himself, and you closed my objection without actually ruling on the underlying report. How is that at all appropriate?

If you have an issue with Shins ruling then pm Richard or Video directly yourself. RaS section id not the place to dispute rulings especially when an admin has cleared the matter himself.
