no as an item, i dint gave any description, just said he dint deliver, nd i guess i have to wait for refund now? they somehow letted me pm him trough a central or something. so i just recieved a mail.

Your seller has requested that this dispute be escalated to a claim.

so i dont know what that means, going to figure it out now

Yeah.

If he took your payment and didn't deliver the gold.
File a dispute through paypal against him stating you purchased a product but didn't receive goods.

Paypal will refund you your money as the seller will have no evidence of delivery if he is as you say a scammer.

Do not communicate with the seller. Paypal will handle it for you.
That's my advice.
