Nordic Gold Pardon

Just like to say before I start, you guys like to cherry pick things a lot.

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I impostered Tom for accusing me of hacking his account. Also smoked pot in 2010.
  
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Honestly, I think I've gone far beyond the point of no return.... The disk of returning is of no use. As you know I've explained in detail about the phat - I made up the whole story - Although I did genuinley have a phat but sold it. The user was very rude and said I was stupid basically before I even talked to him. He blocked me when I jokingly said I was selling the green for like 15b and was rude again after this. I wanted to see how far I could get with this idiot. Also, was scammed on this site roughly a year ago - Jan 2017 and I lost a hell of a lot. The mods did not ban as I had no evidence of trades, etc which was fair but I was mad. I'm sorry if I've been hot headed I also have a large ego so sorry if I called you inferior or not as intelligent as me. For the months of genunine trading on nordic I was 100% legit and "could" have scammed much more but I did not as it was not in my nature. If you got any questions or want more HMU

Guessing this will get denied pretty quick. If it's any consulation I used to be admin on a big forum and knew the amount of time spent on there. Was on about 6 weeks in total - Afk included... But still a lot of effort.

Honestly I shouldn't even have to explain your points on this pardon prior to denying it, but I will.

Now you have proof? I'm not sure why you never had proof before as you've still yet to provide it after the first few disputes.

The first thing on your mind when someone accuses you of "hacking" them is "oh... let me make an imposter account, and try to scam others under their name"? Clearly that was your intention as you made two imposter accounts of him (you got banned the first time, then did it again), and linked his vouch thread to your profile in order to deceive others into believing you're the real @tom rufford.

Imposter accounts of yours - @Tom Ruford / @tomrufford.

Completely irrelevant, but okay.

Okay so you had a green partyhat, but you don't anymore, therefore claiming you do, and attempting to sell something you don't have IS attempted scam, and I'm not sure how your dull brain can't process this. By saying you "wanted to see how far you can get with this idiot" shows your intentions all along were to scam, which backfired miserably for you.

Do I even need to touch on your other points..? All in all you've ignored, and attempted to deceive staff in all of your disputes, and fail to own up to your mistakes, or show any remorse for YOUR wrong-doings. You still have yet to provide proof of what was asked from you originally, but you answered your own question on that earlier as you never had it to begin with, therefore you did attempt to scam.

I suggest you take the route you mentioned before (seen here), specifically this:
"All I can say is If I don't get unbanned I'll leave. Better places to trade where I don't get targetted for not donating and not being a pet."

You know what you did was wrong, but you continued to play victim, and continue to cause havoc in several ways. I'm denying this pardon, and staff see deleted post for another offence he never owned up to.
