Report for: Dublicated Design selling.
Story how it was:

I found T1n0 to make a Website Template for my Runescape gold shop. He agreed on a time frame 1 week, however it took around 1 month to finally be finished.
Few days ago we noticed another runescape gold shop Buy Runescape Gold - Old School & OSRS Rsgp | Cheap Rs Money with the same layout. We talked with their owner and they claimed that t1no sold it to them at the same time as we ordered it.

If you compare all the pages, you will see that they are simillar for atleast 75%.
Also our layout already re-edited by another gfxer, adding an image how it looked when t1no sent it to us.

You can see that even colours and all styles are the same.
I paid t1n0 for the layot around 600$.

Hi friend, although I advertise for rsgoldrush, @RSGoldRush and @OFFICIALRSGOLDRUSH own the actual business. I'll let them know you created this report however.

 

Hey, I'm unsure why none of these parties contacted me before making a report but anyways the owner of Buddygold @OsHelp asked me to create them a web design similar to BoglaGold.com besides the homepage + a few more changes so it wasn't a complete rip off. Around the same week, RSGOLDRUSH placed a web design order for *ONLY* the homepage and the rest of the design was done by him. Unsure if i'm allowed to tell you this but RSGOLDRUSH's owner(s) are actually the same developers that created BoglaGold.com. Now if BuddyGold has requested a similar design to Bogla's and Bogla's official site developers are RSGOLDRUSH why would the design not look alike? Why am I at fault? Claiming the pages look 75% alike is because RSGOLDRUSH only got the homepage from me and the rest of the pages were coded similar to Bogla's design by RSGOLDRUSH him self. Both designs have their own PSD files as they are completely different and I individually created them both from scratch (I have both the PSD's if a moderator would like to view them for any reason)

I don't see how the Logos are similar but this is the official logo I created for RSGOLDRUSH, the offical logos was a bit too big to fit with the header/navigator so it was replaced by normal text.

Unless @RSGoldRush or @OsHelp have anything to say regarding t1n0's response, im inclined to side with t1n0 and close this report. Will ask for a 2nd opinion nonetheless!

 

@Panda as seems RsGoldRush are okey with that so this report can be closed.

Im not asking any refunds so we just gonna cause here drama and time consuming for Mods.
As in other hand i dont like what happened and expecting do not see any more sites with same layout just reworked a bit.

Answering to @John Devola here. If im not mistaken full payout for @T1N0 works was arround (removed as T1N0 asked to do so) usd (was multiple payouts so dont want to dig more for totally accurate ammount) + i hired another gfxer to draw logo and some images which cost me another 80eu. As you pay that much you dont expect to see yours design reworked on other sites.

P.S. I was nice threw all process even then it took arround the month to complete while I was told that will be done in one week.
