You do realize Im not spicy's friend either right...? I think you're both scumbags and I dont trust/split either of you. I dont associate with scumbags like you. I tend to avoid them and remove them when possible. You're not going to receive a dime here. Drop the report nad move on. Oh and bringing replica into your corner like that helps made me laugh. Like myself or anyone else would take replica's word for anything... If you're upset you lost your 5b rank I understand. You're broke and have no friends. You're trying to snake any gp/pixels you can. You've always acted that way and it's why I knew you wouldnt last more than 22 minutes xing. Sythe doesnt refund scammers period. You aint getting shit. When you purchase a rank in Elite Ranks you have to follow their rules. One of the rules is centered around "Banned Stakers List". This is a list of known banned users staking accounts. For one reason or another these users have been added to the list and it's against the rules to split them or X commission bets against them. Huit broke this rule and split Spicy and Drygore. Both of these users accounts are perma added to the banned stakers list due to their own previous scams against the clan. So in essence it doesnt matter that Huit rank was removed. His disobeyed and even admits to splitting/Xing vs banned stakers. He couldnt follow the rules and received a derank. Now that's not even counting all the other scumbag shit spicy and him have committed. Fact is neither of these users should be allowed here till they refund everything stolen. The amounts are astronomical so I HIGHLY doubt either would pay a dime.

Can someone post the clan chat rules of this CC? To verify you are not allowed to stake/split with banned users. If that is the case @Huit, this report is invalid as you violated the terms of the clan chat. Also, can someone send me when this rule was updated? And if it wasn't updated prior to @Huit knowledge of the rule, @Huit can you prove that? Thanks.

 

I reached out to the clan after trying to locate the banned staker list in teamspeak. I was unable to and I found out why. The list was removed after commission staking was made a bannable offence. Elite was shut down for a period and opened up Discord. There is no saved evidence of the banned staker list as of now. However you may inquire with any and all previous/current ranks to confirm. It was well known amongst the rs3 clans that huit was a known scammer. Him and spicy had lured many previous ranks.

Edit: If Huit was deranked in january it was several months before commission staking removal. So as a host he would of been completely aware of it's existance and who was on it. (All ranks were required to read the rules) you can ask @Owner for the complete list of rules. A lot of them are still on the teamspeak. Feel free to check it out yourself. I have a screenshot of elite ranks banned staker list and rules of it. It basically said hosts were not allowed to stake vs them if they were hosting. It never said you are not allowed to split stakes with them. Jam3s simply made this rule up on the spot for an excuse to derank me how is it not obvious lol

I've never lured or scammed anyone from elite ranks or lured in general yes I ddosed someone but only after he scammed me of course I'm going to do all I can to recoup my money lol. Honestly I was only friends with a lot of lurers and scammers from Runescape just to buy their Partyhats and other stuff they had just lured for cheap lol

Besides the banned staker list is just a way to stop people the owners/trusted xers (trusted xers pay 10b+250m a week ofc owners listen to em) do not like from getting stakes yes some of them are actual scammers but most are just people the trusted xers of the FC see as competition

@hattez Not sure why you dislike me and why you're defending Coin I doubt he would do the same for you man. Is he unable to speak for himself? After all the report is on him and his FC

How can you be my competition when you don't have any money to stake? I just dislike scammers and you're one of the more well known ones in rs3. Don't get upset at the image and reputation you created. I personally have nothing against you. I just don't like scammers acting like victims. Even if sythe made them refund you, you wouldn't receive a dime. The entire amount would be given to the scammed victim fund. You're not a victim you're a predator. You got played and didn't like it. You don't like when people call you out on your previous discretions. The fact remains that this is my community and you're not going to lie or manipulate anything here. I have many faults but blatantly letting a known scammer lie and conceive illegitimate reports ain't gonna fly while I'm active. I'm not a mod. I'm simply supplying mods with as much information as possible, so they can come up with educated decisions.

If I am as prolific scammer as you suggest could you post evidence of something I have scammed and not repaid?

There's no mention of splitting with banned stakers just that you're not allowed to stake vs them

@Milotic @Hard Hates and many more not on sythe could vouch for me. I owed Milotic and Replica each $1000+ and I paid them back. I've been trusted with a lot of rs3 and not once have I scammed

I've never scammed anyone as I said before YES I DDOSED SOMEONE BUT ONLY AFTER HE SCAMMED ME 1B VIA STAKE. I think anyone who was actively odds staking on rs3 at the time could vouch for it lol. I think you were still cleaning pools around this time so you wouldn't know. I honestly have no idea where you're getting your information from but at this point you're just spewing lies about me

 

Huit paid me back over $1,000 when he had pretty much no reason to, it wouldn't have had any impact on his life to just take off with the loan.

Not that it matters, but I probably gave him 5k worth of gold at points in history and nothing ever went wrong.

He's paid back the two people he owed money to and I would be very surprised if anyone else came foward with proof that they are owed money from Huit.

I'm aware this isn't really relevant, but I just wanted to confirm that I have been repaid, and I am fairly sure Replica has been as well.

 

Ok so to prevent this thread from cluttering even more than it already has please stop posting here unless you're directly related to this report - everything else should be messaged to champ in private.

You were deranked in January correct? Why not report elite ranks when this happened? It's been over 9 months and now you want to bring it up. It's clear you're broke and looking for anything you can. You've been removed from drygores and elites respective communities for a reason. I was actively staking on rs3 when you got banned and scammed/failed to repay debts. Hell I even remember the account huit cx. I don't care if you scammed another scammer. You're no better and honestly not welcome in rs3 staking community. Where have you been these last 9 months? Struggling to survive? Also no one cares if you repaid your buddies.. plenty of scumbags don't scam their friends. Also how about you ask milotic for a 5k loan right now. He can lend you 5k and let's see you repay it. Stop bringing up shit that has nothing to do with the report. Who cares if I worked for pool company for six months. I still made more money doing that than you did scamming,ddosing,cbing or staking. You're a nobody fuck boy who can't get his shit together. Now please provide proof with proper time stamps showing you purchased a rank. Before s refund is even considered we need to see legitimate proof he purchased a rank.

 

I dont see anything conclusive here @Champ that looks like he's proven much at all. He's just posted the same screenies he did before with a story.
He should of brought it up 9 months ago but intentionally didn't so we would lack evidence, if he was so concerened he would of made the report then.

 

I will have some extra opinions on this and the final conclusion will be posted. Until then do not post unless you have further information on the report.

 

Hi i created a sythe account just because of this post and to post in here , i also was deranked by Jam3s and Coin and their reason was i was selling too much gold and should give 3 x the weekly then other admins because i was the most popular 11 months ago i wasted 1200$ getting the admin coin is a corrupt person and so is jam3s. I believe huit 100% as ive dealt with these people.

 

As we thrive daily to handle reports in a "Timely manner", this is an off-site matter and we have done our very best to leave this open for proof to be gathered. There is plenty of evidence that is lacking in this situation and it is very un-clear of what happened and what didn't. We are not responsible for hunting the evidence that you should have had already posted, we are also not responsible for what goes on outside of Sythe. This report is a bunch of word vs word and a bunch of here say and it will not be tolerated any longer.

@Huit if you were scammed I am sorry for your loss.
