    I'm generally looking for a main with PVM stats (combat stats in the 90's), at least 70 pray and preferably a slayer and construction level in the 80's.

    I will only buy from trusted members as the account recovery rate and scam rate is through the roof currently. I'm only paying with PayPal because of the recovery rate and I will not blindly trust anybody by using RSGP. If the account is recovered, at least I have the option to charge back. Accounts can always be recovered, so if you were worried about a charge back, you can just recover the account. This method has a fallback for both parties involved. Since most accounts come with 0 wealth, the most either of us are risking us our time.

    Apparently it doesn't matter how "trusted" anybody is. At least it wasn't a 300m+ account.
