Disputing an infraction

Actually i asked a question.... not gave an insult.... i think my infraction should be removed do to the fact i was not insulting anyone, or never intended to at least

i am pretty sure what he said to me is insulting..... no.... just harrasment

Basically... I hardly post as it is.... and when i do i have my point, that post contained what i felt about the subject..... and i hardly think the word moron is an insult especially under the condition of what he said

And although he felt it was right to curse me out.... i don't want him to be infracted, as he had me infracted (since he told me he reported through pm ^^)

I just hate the infraction thing.... it is annoying being there, and i want it removed being that i didn't even use a curse word of any kind.... this infraction is pointless and unneeded, I honestly feel i did nothing to deserve this...

 

He had told me it offended him, as it would offend me I think.

I'll infract him aswell still since he did flame.

Edit: Where did he post that? If he posted it on his original post of him reporting you, he edited it.

I could care less about infractions, they do nothing, and never get anyone banned...and I don't want him infracted, it is childish

I just hate it being there, because it is ugly everytime to go to user cp... especially if i didn't deserve it....

And you honestly feel that he had an intellegent post with a good point.... I could of said a lot more then the HORRIBLE word "moron" lmao, this is pathetic.... I could call anyone in the world a moron and they wouldn't say a thing about it. Infact I think the phrase "lmao" is more offensive or even "omfg"... common, just be reasonable....

Besides... Just compare the types of posts i make to his 2-3 word posts, flame, spam, and just pointless ones.
