Wrongfully given Infraction?

I believe I was giving an infraction wrongfully. I was given an infraction because "I accused someone of scamming without proof." First of all I never accused anyone of scamming since I've been a member of Sythe. Second in the message when he gives me the infraction he shows me the link of what I did wrong.

I would like to know why I was giving this infraction.
