There is not enough proof to indicate TySimpson is why you received the ban.

Usually Jagex will reply within a few days if the claim is accurate (that a "hijacker" [in this case TySimpson/anyone that isn't you] botted on the account).

If others were to come forward complaining that they were banned as well around the time they had interactions with TySimpson, this may mean that he is actually the cause. But this is not the case.

I've already closed this report once due to lack of evidence. TySimpson has showed proof of proxy which isn't even required. That alone is enough to suggest that he does use a proxy when he did/does run his bot farm, meaning there is no connection to your account and therefore he is not the cause of the ban.

Also, considering more people aside from TySimpson have been on the account, there is a chance that they could've been the cause of the ban -- they just aren't coming forward because why would they?
