If they think you are money laundering then you must have done something bad in Paypal their eyes. I don't think you will explain here what you have done but obviously you want to get around the fact that Paypal limited you. I have used Paypal for years now and never had a real issue with them. I suggest you calling them and asking them what you can do about the situation to resolve it asap. They aren't going to lock your account without a valid reason, maybe because u accepted too much payments without being fully verified (aka send in proof of residence, send in a pic of some ID front and back, link a cc and link a bank account). If you have done all of the previously mentioned steps and call them i'm sure they will let u use their service again.

You were right! Calling helped but for a while... my paypal started to work and I even managed to do some transaction but then got a problem that the recipient does not accept payment. Let's see...
Anyway, thank you for advice!

 

I found out how to solve the problem but it did not work out for me personally yet. I followed all the steps and put tick like in the video. Maybe someone can have a look, please? What else is possible to do there?
