You should change your IP, or use a different name but don't confirm identity or even user families names and shit. But for real change your IP start with that

 

they'll find out and once you put money on your paypal, they're going to close your account.

Same problem for me, I keep getting limited once I get money on my paypal account.
Changing Ip doesnt help, I have no clue how the fuck they keep finding out my new paypal accounts.

If you make a new PayPal account you need to "warm it up"

Use the account to do "normal" things like buying stuff from eBay, selling on eBay etc for atleast a couple of weeks.

SCREEN YOUR CUSTOMERS! Do not accept PayPal from unverified accounts EVER!!!!! This may be impossible, but I'd recommend to only use PayPal for BUYING and to not accept PayPal from anyone except uber extremely trusted members. I think dealing with other shady PayPal accounts will get you limited quicker than anything.

Oh yeah, make sure your own account is verified too! Add a bank account AND credit card if you can.

EDIT: Im thinking of more tips. Get that PayPal debit card as soon as you can too so that you can pull money out of your PayPal account immediately before anything can happen. Fuck PayPal though, it's risky from every angle.

 

You are doing something wrong then. Are you using a VPN or changing your IP? Did you clear out your browser files as well as temporary files? Are you using info from your previous PayPal accounts? Are you doing alot of transactions on the first day you open the account?


You want this PayPal account to look like a NORMAL paypal account atleast for a few weeks!

 

If you got banned, theres legit nothing you can do, they don't want you as a customer. If you link anything to remove your limits, it'll all trace back to your banned profile.
Unless you used your mom / dads paypal.

 

Create a stealth account. Google paypal stealth accounts to find out how to do it. Ive had one for the past 6 years never had a problem with it before.

Never use the same browser you used previously download chrome portable to set up a whole new browser. Buy a proxy add it to that browser only than create your stealth account. Costs money to set up your stealth account though.

The thing is that it let me to go through most of the steps to complete the payment but in the end it is written that there is a mistake. It does not happen all the time but it happens

 

Beyond sythe there isn't a whole lot of websites that use it (like eBay, amazon, etc). Gambling websites will though. But bitcoin is getting bigger, so I'd recommend getting it sooner rather than later
