Sythe himself even say's it..Go ask a User Educater for a tut on how to reverse the payment.

P.S: This will give him -$ammount you sent him. He want's to hope his paypal isn't verified.

 

it wasnt on paypal, i bought 70m on sythe then gave him 70m in game.
